PROJECT CASE STUDY
Box Shaper.
Complete WooCommerce Design & Development. A complete e-commerce website built from the ground up, combining modern design, structured product categories, custom content, branding, and a scalable WooCommerce experience.
01 / THE PROJECT
Project overview
Box Shaper was a new e-commerce project that needed to be developed from the ground up. The client had a preferred visual direction based on an existing website and wanted a similar modern experience adapted to their own packaging business.
Starting from that direction, I developed the complete website structure, branding presentation, content, imagery, product categories, and WooCommerce experience. The result was a dedicated online store designed around Box Shaper’s own products and business requirements.
02 / THE BRIEF
Client requirements
The client needed:
- A complete e-commerce website
- WordPress and WooCommerce
- Modern and professional UI
- Consistent brand presentation
- Logo styling aligned with the website
- Structured product categories
- Website content
- Relevant product and supporting imagery
- Clear product discovery
- Responsive layouts
- A scalable store structure
03 / THE APPROACH
My recommendations
Because this was the company’s first website, the project required more than building individual pages. I first established the overall website structure and visual direction, then developed the content and product architecture around the business. The experience was planned around:
Brand → Products → Categories → Product Details → Customer Action
This provided a clear foundation for both the visual design and the WooCommerce implementation.
04 / THE EXECUTION
What I delivered
Complete Website Development
Built the website from initial structure through to the final WordPress implementation. The project included the core pages, store architecture, product presentation, supporting content, and customer-facing functionality required for a complete e-commerce presence.
Modern UI
Created a clean and professional interface with consistent typography, spacing, imagery, product cards, buttons, and content sections. The visual system was applied consistently throughout the website to create a unified shopping experience.
Brand & Logo Direction
Aligned the logo presentation and supporting visual elements with the overall website direction. This helped establish a more consistent identity across the store.
Website Content
Prepared and structured the required website copy around the company’s products and customer journey.
This included:
- Homepage messaging
- Category-related content
- Supporting website sections
- Product-focused messaging
- Calls to action
- Essential business information
WooCommerce Development
Configured WooCommerce as the foundation of the online store and customized the customer-facing experience to fit the website design. The store was structured to support a broad product catalog while remaining manageable from the WordPress backend.
Product Category Structure
Organized products into logical categories to make the catalog easier to navigate. A clear category hierarchy was particularly important for helping customers move efficiently through different packaging and box options.
Product Experience
Developed product-facing layouts with clear imagery, information, and purchasing actions. The product experience was kept consistent with the rest of the website so customers could move naturally from category discovery to individual products.
Image & Visual Implementation
Prepared and implemented product and supporting imagery throughout the website. Visual assets were incorporated according to the content and layout requirements to maintain a consistent professional appearance.
Responsive Development
Optimized the complete website across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Navigation, categories, product grids, imagery, typography, content sections, and calls to action were adapted for different screen sizes.
Key Challenge
The main challenge was creating a complete e-commerce presence for a business starting without an existing website. The project required multiple elements to work together:
Branding · Content · Product Architecture · UI · WooCommerce · Responsive Design
Instead of treating these as separate tasks, I developed them as parts of one consistent customer experience.

Outcome & results
Box Shaper launched with a complete WordPress and WooCommerce store built around its own brand, products, and business requirements. The final website combines modern UI, structured product categories, custom content, consistent imagery, responsive layouts, and a scalable e-commerce foundation.
The project demonstrates my ability to take an e-commerce website from an initial idea through to a complete production-ready WordPress experience, covering both the visual implementation and the underlying WooCommerce structure.
